She is a Parsons the New School for Design graduate and has been an artist-educator in Brookline, MA., in addition to a stationery design staff position at Tiffany & Co., NYC. She has illustrated articles in magazines and newspapers in both Amherst and Boston, MA. Also, Marilyn illustrated a babysitting manual for teens for William Morrow and Company,NYC; a pop up children's Christmas book for Banner Press, NYC; and several cookbook interior spots and full color covers for Van Nostrand Reinhold, NYC.
