© Lisa Cinelli We're happy to announce that CBIG member  Lisa Cinelli is the First Place winner of the 2016 SCBWI Tomie dePaola Illustration Award ! The illustration prompt for the contest was a passage from Little Red Riding Hood. There were over 400 entries for this year's SCBWI illustration contest. Way to go Lisa!

The 2015 Tomie dePaola Illustration Awards were recently announced and I was thrilled to tie for third place. You can see all of the finalists on the SCBWI  website. CBIG is happy to announce that 2 of our members won awards at the 2014 June NJ SCBWI Conference for their illustrations in the Gallery Show.
